We only breed occasionally and try to ensure that our puppies go to homes where they will be given the loving care and treatment they deserve for the rest of their lives. Our stud dogs are available to suitable healthy bitches, who have completed the appropriate health tests with good results. All our dogs are tested for patella luxation and have their hips scored. We also periodically eye test.

Our main aim when breeding is to produce healthy dogs which are sound in both temperament and conformation, as well as being true ambassadors for their breed, and of the type preferred by Professor Menzel, founder of the breed.

Our puppies are all born and raised in the home, and well socialised before leaving us. They are also tested for patella luxation and receive a health check by our veterinarian. They are registered with The Kennel Club, tattooed with the National Dog Tattoo Register (in the right ear) and insured. As well as that, we provide all new owners with a contract, full diet sheet, care and information leaflets, 5-generation pedigree, enough fresh food for a couple of days (UK only!), and of course we are always on hand for help and advice throughout the dog's lifetime.
